Medi-Light Desktop E is a versatile light therapy device that can also be used all day long as a conventional desktop lamp. For light therapy, the light source must be oriented towards the eyes for one or two hours, depending on the distance between the lamp and the user's face. Exposure sessions should preferably take place in the morning.
